With other insurance plans, you may still have coverage subject to the availability of “out-of-network” benefits. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding our insurance coverage.
We understand that insurance benefits can be very complicated. Some plans have out-of-pocket costs, sometimes in the form of a co-payment, deductible, or co-insurance. Our staff will make every effort to make this process as clear and stress-free as possible.
We will help you contact your insurance company to find out your benefits. We will assist you and answer any questions possible. Again, our goal is to make your visit stress-free so that you can focus on getting better as soon as possible.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, as well as cash and checks.
We have regular office hours and have early and later hours to accommodate patients’ needs. Patients can call to inquire about the details. We ask for 24 – 48 hours advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.
